My Hair Style Experience

I have been a licensed hair stylist since 2016. My first job was at a booth rent salon, which I do recommend stylist seek after graduation. It helps you understand business and how to take care of it right off the bat. When Covid happened I had a lot of decisions to make and felt it was best for my clients and I to move home. My dream was always to work from home and I never imagined I'd get to 4 years into my career. Its been such a blessing. I feel it was the best move for me and my clients and also my family. I specialize in blonding and color. I love transformations and being able to be creative in this way.

Healthy Lifestyle

My Health Journey

My health and wellness journey started back in 2018 when I was pregnant with my daughter. I had no idea that my poor eating habits and lifestyle at the time played such a big part into how I felt physically and how it would effect my baby. I was always the person that was like, "Its fine, I'll eat whatever I want.", "I'm always going to have this body." Little did I know how terrible a mindset that was after I had her. I was the same size my entire high school career until I had Aislynn at 28 years old. I gained a terrible amount of weight while I was pregnant with her and am still unfortunately carrying a majority of it today. I think I only lost 15-20 initially after I had her. Around that time I started being more intentional about what I was putting into my body and around my body. I could go on and on about my health journey, but the bottom line is that I believe vitamins with high absorption and premium nutrition is important and are needed these days.  My goal by focusing on myself in this way is not to return to my original body, it' s to be healthier and feel better for myself! If you are needing help finding motivation, ideas for the RIGHT vitamins or need some encouragement email me! I'm here to be your cheerleader in whatever next step you might find yourself in! I recommend not doing everything at once, because it can be overwhelming.

My motto is DO THE NEXT THING. One step at a time!
